Form MI-1040CR-5 print requirements

To print form MI-1040CR-5, Michigan Farmland Preservation Tax Credit Claim:
  1. Go to
    Tax Forms
    States
    Michigan
    . Select
    Resident
     or
    Part-year Resident/Nonresident
    .
  2. Select
    MI-1040CR-5 - Farmland Cr
    .
  3. Make sure that there is a credit amount on
    Line 15
     or
    Line 20
     and the amount is not overridden.
If the form still doesn't print, make sure that the correct extension option is selected:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    Payments and Extensions
    Extensions
    .
  2. Go to the
    State Options and Payments
     tab.
  3. Make sure that
    option 1
     or
    option 2
     isn't selected for
    Michigan
    .
  4. Do a full recompute, then print.
