Form MI-8453 print requirements

To print form MI-8453, Michigan Individual Income Tax Certification for e-file:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    E-file
    Enable/Create
    .
  2. Go to the
    Return
     tab.
  3. In the row for
    Michigan
    , make sure the
    ENABLE
     checkbox in column
    B
     is marked.
  4. In the row for
    Michigan
    , make sure that
    Form MI-8453
     is selected in column
    J
    .
  5. Do a full recompute, then print.
