Form IT-1099-R print requirements

To print Form IT-1099-R, New York Summary of Federal Form 1099-R Statements:
  1. In Organizer, select
    Source Documents (W-2, 1099s, 1098)
    , then
    1099-R
    .
  2. Select the
    payer name
    .
  3. Make sure there is an amount in
    box 14
    .
  4. Go to
    NY
    , then select
    box 15
    .
  5. Do a full recompute, then print.
