Schedule of Dependents print requirements

To generate and print the Ohio Schedule of Dependents:

Go to Organizer
, select States
and then Add States/Cities
.

For state Ohio
, select the residency option.

Go to Organizer
, select Payments and Extensions
.

Select Extensions
and got to the State Options and Payments
tab.

For state Ohio
, select options 3
, 4
, or 5
.

Go to Tax Forms
, select States
, then Ohio
.

Select Sch J – Dependent information
.

Enter First Name
and SSN
.

Do a full recompute, then print.
