To print form 4574, Michigan Business Tax Refundable Credits:
  1. Go to
    Tax Forms
    ,
    States
    ,
    Michigan
    , then the
    4574, MBT Refundable Credits
     folder.
  2. Make sure there is an amount greater than 0 on line 23.
  3. Do a full recompute, then print.
