To calculate and print Form IT-204-CP, New York Corporate Partner’s Schedule K-1:

In Organizer
, select Partner Information
, then Partner by Partner Data
.

Select [partner name]
, then Partner Information
.

You need to have at least 1 corporate partner.

Select the Partner Information
tab, then go to the Partner Type
section.

Go to the Type of entity
, then select either Corporation
or S Corporation
.

Do a full recompute, then print.

If the form doesn't print, check if it's suppressed:

In Organizer
, select States
, then New York
.

Select Return Options
, then go to the Print Suppression
section.

Clear the checkbox for All partners' Form IT-204-CP
.

Do a full recompute, then print.
