Form IT-651 print requirements
To print Form IT-651, Recovery Tax Credit:
- Go toTax Forms,States, then selectNew York.
- SelectIT-651, and go to the tabIT-651, Page 2.
- Make sure thatSchedule D,Line 9is greater than 0.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
To populate the form:
- Go toOrganizer,States, then selectNew York.
- SelectCredits,IT-651 Recovery Tax Creditand enter information.
