Form IT-652 print requirements
To print Form IT-652, Employer-Provided Childcare Credit:
- Go toTax Forms,States, then selectNew York.
- SelectIT-652, and go to theIT-652, Page 4tab.
- Make sure thatSchedule D,Line 17, orSchedule E,Line 25is greater than 0.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
To populate the form:
- Go toOrganizer,States, then selectNew York.
- SelectCredits,IT-652Employer-Provided Childcare Crand enter information.
