Form 228S print requirements

To print, calculate, or suppress Form 228S, Board of Education:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    Cities
    Lexington, KY
    .
  2. Select
    General Information
    . Mark the
    To indicate Board Education Return (Mandatory for Form 228S)
     checkbox.
If the form still doesn't print, make sure it isn't suppressed:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Common State
    Print Options
    .
  2. Select
    Print Suppression
    , then go to the
    Suppression KY Cities
     tab. In the
    Lexington
     row, clear the checkbox in the
    State Forms
     column.
  3. Go to the
    Cities, Lexington, KY
     folder.
  4. Select
    Return Options
    , then go to the
    Print Suppression
     section. Clear the
    City forms
     checkbox.
  5. Do a full recompute, then print.
