Form PTE-WH print requirements

To print, calculate, or suppress Form PTE-WH, Kentucky Nonresident Income Tax Withholding on Distributive Share Income:

Go to

Organizer
States
State and City Activation

.

Select State and City Activation
, then go to the States
tab. In the Kentucky
row, make sure Column E is 1120S
.

If the form doesn't print, make sure it isn't suppressed:

Select Return Options
, then go to the Print Suppression
section. Clear the Form PTE-WH (Copy A) and Form PTE-WH (Copies B - D)
checkbox.

Do a full recompute, then print.
