Form CF-7004

To print form CF-7004, Michigan Cities Common Form Application for Automatic Extension of Tie to File Certain Returns:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    Cities and Intangibles
    Michigan Cities Common Form, MI
    .
  2. Select
    city name
    Extension Information
    .
  3. Make sure the
    Return on extension
     checkbox is marked.
  4. Do a full recompute, then print.
If the form doesn’t print, check if it’s suppressed:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Common State
    .
  2. Select
    Print Suppression
    .
  3. Ensure the
    Extensions
     checkbox is cleared in the row for
    Michigan Cities
    .
  4. Go to
    Organizer
    Cities and Intangibles
    Michigan Cities Common Form, MI
    .
  5. Select
    city name
    Extension Information
    .
  6. Make sure the
    Suppress extension
     checkbox is cleared.
  7. Do a full recompute, then print.
