To print Form IT-644, Workers with Disabilities Tax Credit.
- Go toTax Forms,States, then selectNew York.
- SelectIT-644, and go to theIT-644, Page 4tab.
- Make sure thatSchedule D,Line 12is greater than 0.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
To populate the form:
- Go toOrganizer,States, then selectNew York.
- SelectCredits,IT-644 Workers with Disabilitiesand enter information.
