- Go toTax Forms,States, then selectNew York.
- SelectIT-650, and go to the tabIT-650, Page 3.
- Make sure thatSchedule D,Line 9is greater than 0.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
To populate the form:
- Go toOrganizer,States, then selectNew York.
- SelectCredits, IT-650 Empire State Apprenticeshipand enter information.
