Print Form 5472 with the California return

To print Form 5472, Information Return of a 25% Foreign-Owned U.S. Corporation, with the California return:

In Organizer, select General Information
, then Basic Return Information
, then Entity Information
.

In the Return/Entity Type section, on the line Entity Type, select Single.

Do a full recompute and print the return.

If it still doesn't print, make sure federal attachments aren’t suppressed:

In Organizer, select States
, then Common State
.

Select Print Options
, then Print Suppression
, then Suppression AL-ME
.

Make sure the option Federal Attach
is not selected for California.

Do a full re-compute and print.
