Form CT-222 print requirements

To print Form CT-222, New York Underpayment of Estimated Tax by a Corporation:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    ,
    States
    ,
    New York
    , then
    Underpayment Options
    .
  2. In the
    Option to Compute and Print Underpayment Penalty
     section, make sure the
    Suppress penalty computation and do not print form (Default)
     option is not selected.
  3. Do a full compute, then print.
