Form CT-3.3 print requirements
To print CT-3.3, New York Prior Net Operating Loss Conversion (PNOLC) Subtraction:
- Go toTax Forms,States,New York, thenCT-3.3 - Prior Net Operating Loss.
- Make sure there's an amount on either Schedule Aline 1(on thePage 1tab) or Schedule Cline 2or4(Page 2tab).
- Then go to theOrganizer,General Information,Basic Return Informationfolder.
- Go toOrganizer,General Information, and selectBasic Return Information.
- On theEntity Informationtab, in theReturn/Entity Typesection, theReturn typeneeds to be1120 – U.S. Corporation.
- Do a full compute, then print.
