section.

In Return Type

, and for Entity Type
, select Consolidation
.

To update, select the Return/Entity Type Conversion
tab, and select as needed.

Select Organizer
, then States
, then State and City Activation/Consolidation
.

Select State and City Activation/Consolidation
, then select New York
.

In Column C
select Combine
.

Do a full recompute and then print.
