To print Form CT-33, New York Life Insurance Corporation Franchise Tax Return:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    ,
    General Information
    , and select
    Basic Return Information
    .
  2. On the
    Entity Information
     tab, in the
    Return/Entity Type
     section, the
    Return type
     needs to be
    1120-L
    .
  3. Do a full compute, then print.
