To print, calculate, or suppress Form CT-33-C, Captive Insurance Company.

Select Organizer
, then General Information
, then Basic Return Information
.

Select the Entity Information
tab.

Go to the
Return/Entity Type
section, then for Return Type
select Insurance
.

To update, select the Return/Entity Type Conversion
tab, and then select the return and entity type.

Select Organizer
, then States
, then New York
.

Select General Information
, then the Captive Insurance Company (CT-33-C)
section.

Select Activate CT-33-C (All Other Returns Will Be Suppressed)
.

Do a full recompute and then print.
