To print, Calculate or suppress Form IT-579.1-CT, New York State Authorization for Electronic Funds Withdrawal Funds Withdrawal For Tax Year 2024 Corporation Tax Extensions.
  1. In

    States
    New York
    E-file Extension
    .
  2. Select
    Additional Information
    , then the
    TR-579-CT.1
     section.
  3. Select the checkbox
    Force print CT-579-CT.1 even if not required because there is no amount due
    .
  4. Select the
    Certification Check-Off
     tab, then select the checkbox
    I have Read the Certification Above and Agree
    .
  5. In
    Organizer
    , select
    States
    Common State
    General Information
    .
  6. Select
    Bank Information
    , then the
    Extension – Debit
     tab.
  7. Enter the complete bank information for
    New York
    .
  8. Do a full recompute, then print.
If the form doesn't print, check if it's suppressed:
  1. In
    Organizer
    , select
    States
    Common State
    Print Options
    Print Suppression
    .
  2. Select the
    Suppression MD-RI
     tab, then clear the checkbox for
    New York
     in the
    Ext
     column.
  3. Do a full recompute, then print.
