Form IT 1140

To print Form IT 1140, Pass-Through Entity and Trust Withholding Tax Return:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    General Information
    Basic Return Information
    .
  2. Then go to the
    Return/Entity Type
     section and select
    1120S – S Corporation
     for the Return type.
  3. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Ohio
    .
  4. Select
    General Information
     and ensure the
    Activate Ohio Electing Pass-Through Entity Return (IT 4738)
     checkbox is cleared in the Electing Pass-Through Entity Return section.
  5. Select the
    Activate Ohio Pass-Through Entity and Trust Withholding Tax Return (IT 1140)
     checkbox in the
    Other Pass-Through Entity Tax Returns if not electing to file the Electing Pass-Through Entity Return
     section.
