Form IT 1140P

To print Form IT 1140P, Ohio Universal Payment Coupon (Payment Voucher):
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    General Information
    Basic Return Information
    .
  2. Then go to the section
    Return / Entity Type
     and select select
    1120S – S Corporation
     for the Return type.
  3. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Ohio
    , then select
    General Information
    .
  4. Ensure the
    Activate Ohio Electing Pass-Through Entity Return (IT 4738)
     checkbox is cleared in the
    Electing Pass-Through Entity Return
     section.
  5. Select the
    Activate Ohio Pass-Through Entity and Trust Withholding Tax Return (IT 1140)
     checkbox in the
    Other Pass-Through Entity Tax Returns if not electing to file the Electing Pass-Through Entity Return
     section.
  6. Go to
    Tax Forms
    States
    Ohio
    .
  7. Select
    PTE Withholding Return
    , then
    IT 1140 Pass-Through Entity Return
    .
  8. Enter an amount greater than 0 on line 8.
  9. Then go to
    Organizer
    States
    Ohio
    .
  10. Select
    PTE Withholding Return
    , then
    Payments of Tax
    .
  11. Go to the
    IT 1140p Payment
     section.
  12. Select
    IT 1140P Payment separate from IT 1140 filing
     to print the form separately.
Suppress the form as follows:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Ohio
    , then select
    Return Options
    .
  2. Then go to the
    Print Suppression
     section and select the
    Payment vouchers (IT 1140p, it 4708p, and IT 4738P
     checkbox.
