Select Pass-through Entity Elective Return

Select General Information
in the Print Options
section.

Clear Suppress print for all OR-21-K-1s
.

Go to Tax Forms
and select States
, then Oregon
.

Select the OR-21, Pass-through Entity Elective Rtn
form.

Go to Page 2 Part B
, Continued
, and select Line 5 Pass through
.

Go to Tax Forms
and select States
, then Oregon
.

Select the OR-21, Pass-through Entity Elective Rtn
form.

Clear the Line 2 Revocation
checkbox on Page 1 Part B
.

Do a full recompute and print the return.
