- Find theForm 568, Single Member LLC Information and Consentsection,
- Make sure theSelect type of ID# entered above (for e-file purposes only)matches the type of number entered as an ID for a single member LLC if federal and state ID is separate from the sole owner.note
- For example, if the ID entered is a Secretary of State number, the type selected must be SOS Number.
- The SOS file number can be obtained from the California E-Help Desk and should be 12 digits.
- Do a full recompute and recreate the e-file.
