- InColumn I - Date qualified in State, enter the date in YYYY-MM-DD format (for example, 2021-02-03).noteDon't use MM/DD/YYYY or YYYY/MM/DD format.
- If the entity isn't a foreign corporation, remove the date fromColumn I - Date qualified in Statefor Kentucky.
- Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
