Sorting and filtering

Sorting

Select anything in a column header to sort the data on that page by this column.
A panel appears that lets you choose between ascending and descending order.
Select
Ascending
 to sort in ascending (small to largest) order.
To change the order to descending, select
Descending
.

Filter by value tab

You can filter on one or more columns in the grid to search for the information you need. To filter or search for a specific value in a column:
  1. Select
    Filter
     in the column you want to filter.
  2. In the
    Search
     field, enter the value you want to use to filter and select
    APPLY
    .
  3. To remove filters and restore the grid, select
    CLEAR
    .

Filter by condition tab

Select the
Filter by Condition
 tab to define conditions for the data you want to show.
For example, if you set the filter to grab anything that contains the word ‘import’, it returns all records in that column with a status of "Importing" as well as "Deleting Import".
