Add year(s) window

Use the
Add Year(s)
 window to extend the tax plan by adding one or more years to the beginning or end.
To open this window, go to
Edit
Plan Years
Add

# Year(s) to add
Either enter the number of years you want Planner CS to add to the tax plan or use the arrows to select the number.
Copy data from alternative
Use the dropdown list attached to this field to select which alternative's tax data you want copied into the new years.
note
You can't copy data from an existing alternative when you are adding years to the beginning of a plan.
tip
  • If you have more than 1 alternative and you want the new year's data to be copied from a year within each alternative, select
    Same alternative
     from the dropdown list. Then, select the year from the
    Copy data from year
     field.
  • If you want the fields in the new years to be blank (except for default values), select
    None
     from the dropdown list.
Copy data from year
Use the dropdown list attached to this field to select which year's data you want copied into the new years. You can also select
None
 if you want the fields in the new years to be blank (except for default values). This field works with the
Copy data from alternative
 field to determine exactly which alternative and year Planner CS copies the tax data from when adding the new year.
note
You can't copy data from an existing year when you are adding years to the beginning of a plan.
Add years after [last plan year]
Select this option to add years after the last plan year.
Add years before [first plan year]
Select this option to add years before the 1st plan year.
