Field Note window
Use this window to create a field note for any row. Each field note can contain up to 1,000 characters. To have field notes appear on your printed reports, select a print option from the
Field notes
dropdown list in the .Fields & buttons
Field Note pane
Enter up to 1,000 characters for your field note and select
OK
to close and save the note. A blue rectangle will appear in the row to indicate that a note is present.
