Schedule an unattended call with CS Connect

  1. Go to
    File
    CS Connect
    .
  2. Select
    Call Later
     or
    Connect Later
     from the Connect menu.
  3. In the
    CS Connect (PCS) - Connect Later
     window, use the provided fields to select a date and time for the call.
  4. Select
    Begin Countdown
    . The
    CS Connect Countdown
     window opens to indicate the status of the scheduled call.
