My career at Thomson Reuters started as an accident. I applied for a job as a trainer, but the interviewer said to me, “I like you, but I’m not giving you a trainer’s job. I want you to work in Sales.” After 17+ years in Sales, having done everything from Account Manager, Sales Director, to Country Manager, I finally got the job I applied for first.
Throughout my career in Sales, I’ve always been drawn to learning. In fact, developing myself and my team has been one of the most important parts of my job. Given the opportunity to transition to the Thomson Reuters Learning team, I jumped on it. As Learning Director, I support the team I love the most, Asia Sales Team, sharing my experience and know-how to develop their capabilities and drive sales performance.
"As a mother of 4, I’m as dedicated to my family as I am to my job. Working at Thomson Reuters, I’m fortunate to find balance and enjoy both sides of life."
