Master data – Order form

If the recipient of an order is not yet connected to the
Health Center
, orders are transmitted via email or fax (offline transmission). A standardized form can be stored in the
Health Center
 for transmitting these orders.
This can also be used for sending a copy of the order to the order recipient (as a control medium when the order is transmitted electronically).
Use this phrase element to apply a condition to specific words in a sentence.
 Edit form
  1. Log in to the
    Health Center
  2. Select
    Master Data
  3. Click on
    Order forms

To edit the form, there are two options:
  1. Double-click on the row of the
    Form type
    .
  2. Select this row with a mouse click and then click on
    Edit Form
Supplier-specific forms
It is also possible to create specific forms for suppliers.
  1. Next to the
    Add form for
     button, select the appropriate supplier from the drop down list
  2. Click on
    Add Form For

It is also possible to delete or copy forms. To do this, the respective form must always be selected in the row.
