September 2024 feature updates

Overview

For customers with sandbox/UAT instances, Collaborate 5.8.10 will be deployed to sandbox/UAT instances over the 31st August - 1st September, then production deployment will take place over the 14th-15th September.
For customers without sandbox/UAT instances, Collaborate 5.8.10 will be deployed to production instances over the 7th-8th September.
HighQ Publisher 5.8.6 will also be deployed to UAT instances over the 31st August to 1st September, and to Live instances over the 14-15th September
Technical details and dates
  • UAT updates start the weekend of the 31st of August 2024
  • Customer updates during contractual service windows, starting from the 7th of September 2024
  • These updates include HighQ Collaborate 5.8.10 and HighQ Publisher 5.8.6

Unsubscribe reason
  • Customise unsubscribe reasons
     for various email services for the dedicated unsubscribe page link that automatically updates user preferences and generates daily reports on unsubscribed users for administrator review.

  • We have implemented crucial security enhancements for HighQ Publisher, including Synk, Tomcat and spring boot upgrades.

  • API v19 can get the Task hierarchy with
