Audit history for iSheet items

Administrators may review the audit history of iSheet items, click
More actions
and select
Audit history
.
The Audit history for an item displays actions taken on that item and includes the username, the type of action taken on the item, the date and time of the action (based on the instance time zone) and the IP address of the user when the action was taken.
Administrators may click a
Modified records
or
Created records
link to view the version of the item resulting from that action.
The
Versions
tab allows you to see the
Version number
, the
Date and time
the version was created and the
Author
of the version. Use the
More actions
menu for previous versions to either
View
or
Restore
that version.
Comparisons
The
Versions
tab allows you to compare any two versions of the record. Select the two versions to compare, and then select
Compare
.
The
Compare
window opens.
Changes to the two versions are highlighted in each section. Content that has been added is highlighted in green and content that has been removed is highlighted in red with a strikethrough. The navigation tools on the right of the screen enable you to step back and forward to compare different versions.
