This report gives users the ability to report against content items that have been accessed by a specific organisation or user, or who has accessed a specific content item.
Please note that as of our December 2023 release, the publish date will now be included within the content access report. This will help administrators determine if articles are still relevant and/or accessed months or years after their creation to see if the content is still relevant, or if the content should be archived from the system

Show advanced filters
- It is possible to filter this report by Module, Organisation or Group or User
We have a filter within this audit report to enable administrators to remove system administrators or content administrators (or both) from the reports.
This enables you to provide accurate statistics of the publication views, without statistics from the content administrator.
To use this new filter, within the audit screen, click either
Exclude by groups
or
Exclude by administrator
.
This includes excluding system administrators, channel administrators, approvers, module administrators and editors.
Please note that the exclude filters will have a higher priority than the Filter by Organisation/Group and Users, to ensure that these filters are executed
Additionally, please note that when the filter includes adding organisations or groups, then they will be excluded from the exclusion organisation / groups section and vice versa, and as system administrators are also editors/approvers/module admins etc., when each of those is selected, they will be excluded from that report
