Advanced filters
The audit report includes an option to remove system administrators or content administrators (or both) from the reports.
This enables you to provide accurate statistics of the publication views, without statistics from the content administrator.
To use this new filter, on the
Audit
screen, choose either:
Exclude by groups
note
You can use the
Search
box to find an organisation or group or
Bulk add
to add multiple groups.
Exclude by administrator
note
If you choose
Exclude by administrator
, you can choose further options to exclude system administrators, channel administrators, approvers, module administrators, and editors.
note
The exclude filters will have a higher priority than the Filter by Organisation/Group and Users, to ensure that these filters are executed.
When the filter includes organisations or groups, then they are excluded from the exclusion organisation / groups section and vice versa, and as system administrators are also editors/approvers/module admins etc., when each of those are selected, they are excluded from that report.
