Customer onboarding

Our complimentary Onboarding program is designed to make sure that your firm is successful in the training and implementation of your new Thomson Reuters products. The Onboarding Team will help you with initial setup tasks, guide you on how to access your product training, and review what you can expect in the coming weeks of your transition.
Onboarding will cover setup tasks including
  • Accessing purchased or complimentary training resources
  • Setting up Licensee/Delegate, Administrator, and Staff accounts (for local installations as well as Virtual Office CS/Software as a Service)
  • Managing firm information
  • Tax data conversions & EFIN information
  • Data migrations
  • Required security tasks like setting up Multi-Factor Authentication and updating your License PIN
Before your appointment, you should create a Thomson Reuters ID (TRID) to help expedite the setup process and access to training resources. To learn how to setup your TRID please review this guide. Should you need assistance through this process, it can be completed during your initial appointment.

The Firm Licensee or Firm Delegate must set up their Thomson Reuters ID before any staff members.
