Set up the Synergy mobile app

A few days prior to Synergy, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to download and set up the mobile app. The mobile app is a great way to connect with attendees, manage your workshop registrations, and receive notifications from event staff.

Install the mobile app

  • Open the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
  • Search for "Thomson Reuters Synergy"
  • Tap the
    Thomson Reuters SYNERGY
    result to install it on your device.

If you have the Synergy app from previous years, you may need to reinstall the latest version.

Set up the mobile app

  • On the top right, click the magnifying glass and search for "Synergy19p".
  • Tap the icon to download the 2019 SYNERGY event.
  • Enter your first and last name.
  • The app will send a 6 digit unique verification code to your phone and email address on file. Once received, enter that code in the mobile app.
  • Follow the prompts to set up your profile.

You can print out course documentation from the app. In the mobile app, there is an option that allows you to email any handouts to yourself. Once emailed, you can then download and print the documents from your computer.
