Administrators: Select users to flag for upgrade

Mark user profiles for upgrade on the TR Upgrade page, or export a list of users and create a batch of users to flag. We recommend that you start with flagging a few users to test the process before attempting a batch migration.
Before doing so, however, you'll want to make sure you identify and mark any bot accounts. To do this, you'll need to edit the user details for those users.
When you flag an active user, all active and inactive users sharing the same email address are upgraded. If you need to upgrade an inactive user, you'll have to reactivate it before upgrading.
  1. In Administration, go to
    Setup
    and select
    TR Upgrade
    .
  2. Mark the checkbox for the user users you'd like to flag for upgrade.
  3. Go to
    Flag Users for Upgrade
    and select an upgrade option.
  4. After you select an option, the application flags the marked users.
