Troubleshooting for ONESOURCE

During the upgrade period, make sure not to change the email address associated with your profile. If you do, you'll need to contact your ONESOURCE administrator to update your profile.

Can't select a user profile after signing in

After completing the migration, you'll only have access to user profiles for accounts, or tenants, that have been migrated. If you can't select a user profile, or it's grayed out, then that user profile is part of an account that hasn't been migrated.
Use your old ONESOURCE Universal ID and password to sign in to those user profiles. Once the account these profiles are part of migrates, you'll be able to select them when signing in.

User migration fails

If you encounter a problem or issue when trying to migrate users, retry the migration. If the migration continues to fail, contact support.
