The web-based dashboard portlets and some screens use the Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime component to display information. This component uses embedded browser site data to store user-specific internet information like cookies and other site data to provide you the best experience.
These settings are stored in the WebView2 folder located in the user's local application data path, such as
%localappdata%\Creative Solutions\Accounting CS
. To assist with potential maintenance needs, the embedded browser site data can be cleared.To clear the data and reset the information, select
Help
then Clear Embedded Browser Site Data
