Version 2022.1.0 release notes
We released version 2022.1.0 on March 24, 2022 for firms using Virtual Office CS and Software as a Service (SaaS). This update was made available for all firms on March 25, 2022.
After July 12, 2022, Microsoft will no longer support SQL Server 2012 or earlier. Therefore, as of the v.2022.2.0
Accounting CS
release, scheduled for late June 2022, your firm must have SQL Server 2014 or higher installed on the servers that run Accounting CS

Kentucky
. Effective for tax year 2022, the Kentucky Department of Revenue now requires all employers to file Form K-1 electronically and will no longer accept paper copies of the form for quarterly depositors. As a result, we have made several changes to the application.- We've added the ability to file Form K-1 electronically via FSET.
- We've removed Form K-1 as a Payment form type and added it as a Reconciliation form type.
- We've remove thePaperfiling method for the form and added theWeb fill-inmethod. You can also file the form using theElectronicfiling method.
- We've removed Forms K-1E and K-3E as they're now obsolete.
Oklahoma
. The Oklahoma Employment Security Commission requires all employers to file Form OES-3 electronically and will no longer accept paper copies of the form. Therefore, we have removed the Paper
filing method and added the Web fill-in
method. You can also file the form using the Internet
filing method.Pennsylvania locals
. Effective for tax year 2022, the City of Philadelphia has moved its annual reconciliation to a quarterly filing requirement. All employers are required to electronically file the new quarterly reconciliation Form PHILADELPH_Q.

We're closely working with the City of Philadelphia on implementing the new Form PHILADELPH_Q worksheet and electronic file. We plan to release both on a future application update tentatively scheduled for April 25, 2022.
Vermont
. Employers are exempt from paying the Healthcare Contribution if they have four or fewer full-time equivalent (FTE) employees. Effective as of first-quarter 2022 reporting, employers must pay an increased Healthcare Contribution amount for each uncovered FTE employee above the four FTE exemption threshold.Payroll tax forms added
