Save or schedule a search in Checkpoint

In Checkpoint you can save your searches so you can quickly run them again. You can also schedule them to run automatically and notify you when done.
  1. On the Search Results page, select
    Save/Schedule Search
    .
  2. Check the Current Folder to make sure it's the one you want to save the search to. If not, select
    Choose Folder
    to choose a different one.
  3. Enter a
    Name
    for the search, or use
    Select Prior Search to Replace
    to replace an old search.
  4. Choose a
    Schedule Frequency
    .
  5. Use the
    Notification
    checkbox if you want to receive an email or in-app notification when a scheduled search is completed.
    If this checkbox is not available, you may need to set up your email address. Select
    Options
    on the homepage, then
    Personal/Password
    to enter an email.
  6. Select
    Save
    .
Scheduled searches will notify you only of new results since the last time they ran. When you run a saved search manually, you'll get all results.
