Search with the Table of Contents in Checkpoint

You can search for information in specific areas of the Table of Contents.
To search in the Table of Contents:
  1. Select
    Table of Contents
    from the navigation toolbar.
  2. Enter
    your search terms in the
    Search
    field.
  3. Select
    Intuitive Search
    or
    Terms & Connectors
    .
  4. Expand the sources in the Sources in the Checkpoint Contents and select folders you want to search. You can select up to 15 folders.
  5. Select Run your search to run your search.
    You can also select to view the results in the All Documents or Source List tabs.

Sort and rank documents

Stars indicate the relative score for your search query, with 5 stars being the most relevant.
You can sort and rank the documents by either
Relevance
or
Table of Contents
:
  1. Select the
    total number
    of documents next to the Checkpoint Contents header, or the
    number
    of documents next to any of the categories.
  2. Choose
    Relevance
    or
    Table of Contents
    from the
    Sort by
    drop-down menu.
    • You can select Show snippets
      Display snippets
      to show 25 words that surround the search's keywords.
    • You can select Hide snippets
      Hide snippets
      .
