The All Documents tab on the Search Results screen

An overview of options you can find on the All Documents
tab in the

Search Results

screen.

Sort by Relevance: Sorts a list documents in order of their likely relevance to your search.
Sort by Table of Contents: Sorts a list of documents in the order that they appear in Checkpoint's Table of Contents.
Show Snippets: Shows more words that surround the keywords or content elements relevant to your search..
Print, Export, and Save: You can use Print
, Export
, and Save
after you've selected one or more documents.
View by Source List: Show a list of all sources in which
Checkpoint
found your search keywords.
View by Table of Contents: Show a list of all sources you selected in the order they appear in
Checkpoint
's Table of Contents and how many documents in each source contain your keywords.
New search: Change keywords in your search criteria or make a completely new search.
Save/Schedule Search: Select Save/Schedule Search
to save your search criteria and, if you want Checkpoint to run your search again at a particular time, schedule it.
