Accounts Receivable Write-Offs

This worksheet provides the form to document the write-off tests performed for accounts receivables.

Entering Data

The “Entry Was Properly Approved” column requires a “Yes” or “No” response, so the cells within this column have been “validated” to prevent the user from inputting incorrect information. Each cell that is validated includes a down-arrow for the user to select. Once selected, a drop-down list appears to provide the user with the yes/no response options.

Inserting and Deleting Line Items

Additional rows may be added or excess rows may be deleted. See the section “General Workpaper Functionality and Tips for Entering Data” for information concerning the tips for and potential effects of inserting and deleting workbook line items.
