Orders

Assign orders like other users

ou can assign orders to a group of your users based on a model user that you select. This speeds up the assignment process by replicating the order assignments of an existing user rather than having to recreate them manually.
  1. In CUAS, go to the
    Orders
     tab.
  2. Find and select the orders you want to assign to a user.
  3. Select the
    Assign Orders
     drop-down, then
    like Other User
    .
  4. Select the users you want to assign an order to.
  5. Select
    Next
    .
  6. In the Select User to Copy Orders from screen, select one user to serve as the model user. This model user's order assignment will be applied to the users you selected in the previous step. You can hover your cursor over a user name to see the orders assigned to them.
  7. Select
    Next
    .
  8. On the Assign Orders screen, you'll see a grid with the users you selected in step 4 and the products that are assigned to the model user you chose in step 6. Make any adjustments, if necessary.
  10. Select
    Done
     to assign the products to the users.
