List users

You can use the
List Users
screen to view information about all of the users in your account. Select
List Users
from the
Users
section on the Home page to access the screen.
You can do the following in the screen:

Filter by

ou can filter the displayed user list by different types of information. To use the filter:
  1. Select a
    Filter By
    category using the dropdown. If you leave it set to
    All
    , the list will be filtered across all categories.
  2. In the
    Term
    field, enter the word or value you want to filter the list by, such as an email address, user name, or group.
  3. Select
    Filter
    to filter the list. The list will redisplay with only results matching your filter.
  4. Select
    Clear Filter
    if you want to clear the filtered list and go back to the full user list.

Sort the list

You can sort the User List by different columns. Select the column name to sort by that category.

Edit a user

You can select multiple users to edit by marking the checkbox next to each user name and selecting
Edit Users
. Change each user's information as necessary in the fields provided then select
Save
to save the changes.

Assign orders

Do the following to assign orders to a user:
  1. Mark the checkbox next to each user name then select
    Assign Orders
    .
  2. On the
    Limit Orders
    screen, mark the checkbox for the order you want to assign.
  3. Select
    Next
    .
  4. Each order header will display the number of remaining users you can assign to it. If you assign an order over the amount of remaining users, the heading will display with a red background and you'll get a message when you try to save. You'll need to correct these assignments before continuing. If you're assigning orders to multiple users, mark the order assignment checkbox for each user individually or the
    Order category
    checkbox (in the column header) to assign to all users in the displayed list. Select
    Save
    to complete the changes.

Assign groups

Do the following to assign users to groups:
  1. Mark the checkbox next to each user name then select
    Assign Groups
    .
  2. On the
    Limit Groups
    screen, limit the group for each of the users you want to assign by selecting the checkboxes next to them, then select
    Next
    .
  3. On the
    Assign Groups
    screen, you can assign these individually on each user's row or select the column header to assign the same group to all of the users listed.
  4. You can change the data you want to show for the user column (far left) to list the users by user name, last name, or full name. Select
    Save
    to complete the assignments.
