This page lists all the details of the specific Blueprint. It has 3 tabs -

Fields
Upon selecting this tab, all the fields of the
Blueprint
 are displayed in a grid with fixed columns.
Column
Description
Field Name
Displays the name of the Blueprint field.
Is Required
Displays
No
 or
Yes
 if the field has the
Required
 checkbox selected.
Data Type
Displays the data type of the field if it is
Text
,
Date
,
Numeric
, or
Currency
.
Classification
Displays the Classification of the field as per the
Blueprint Classifications
.
None
 is displayed if the field isn't classified.
Aggregations Logic
This tab shows the list of
Aggregation Logics
 in a grid with fixed columns.

Enable/Disable -
 Selecting this lets you enable or disable
Aggregation Logic
. If disabled, it doesn't show up in the corresponding
Collections
.

Aggregation Logic Name
Displays the name of the
Aggregation Logic
. Upon selecting, it displays the details of the logic as a read-only.
Aggregation Logic details
Upon selecting the name of the
Aggregation Logic
 in the grid, the

 model displays all the configuration details. It is in read-only mode.

 Blueprint fields that have been selected for

Rollup By –
 You can optionally select

) for the grouped fields classified as

Aggregation –
 Aggregation Name and Aggregated Blueprint fields with data types Numeric and Currency configured with the specific operations listed in the following:
  • SUM –
     sum of all values in the data.
  • AVG –
     average of all values in the data.
  • MAX –
     maximum value of all values in the data.
  • MIN –
     minimum value of all values in the data.
Add Aggregations Logic
To create an
Aggregation Logic
, select
Add Aggregations Logic
 which will open a window. The following are the parameters that need to be filled to create an
Aggregation Logic
:
  • Aggregation Logic Name –
     Name of the Aggregation Logic
  • Group By –
     You can group data in the
    Collection
     of the corresponding
    Blueprint
     by at least 1 Blueprint field and up to a maximum of 5 Blueprint fields.
  • Rollup By –
     This is an optional field. Data from the previous grouped fields can be further rolled up for a common single element.
    When you select a field classified as
    ONESOURCE Entity Code
    ,
    Account Code
    , or
    Financial Hierarchy Code
     for
    Group By
    , the
    Rollup By
     option becomes enabled. It is then populated with all configured and published
    Entity Rollups
     or
    Account Rollups
     (by
    Chart of Accounts
     or by
    Financial Hierarchy Code
    ) from
    Administration
    .
Aggregation –
Data in fields of data type
Numeric
 and
Currency
 can be aggregated on various operations such as:
  • SUM –
     sum of all values in the data.
  • AVG –
     average of all values in the data.
  • MAX –
     maximum value of all values in the data.
  • MIN –
     minimum value of all values in the data.
You can aggregate at least 1 field and up to a maximum of 5 fields. Each aggregation can have only 1 operation selected, and operations can be repeated across different aggregations.
