Understand the information about uploaded data and the actions you can take on the
All Uploads
tab.

Filter your view

You can filter the columns to find uploaded data files quickly.

Actions

You can
Process
an uploaded file that has an
Upload Status
of
Completed
or
Uploading
.
If you have permission, you can
Delete
an uploaded file.

Name

You can select the links here to view more details about the uploaded files, preview them, choose processing options, and process files.

Upload Status

This column shows 1 of the following entries:
  • No Data
    if the uploaded file is empty.
  • Uploading
    if the file upload is in progress.
  • Completed
    if the file is uploaded and ready for the next step.
  • Failed
    if the file failed to upload.
Select
Warning
 to show more details of a failed upload.

Type

This column will show 1 of the following entries:
  • Delimited
    : This includes any CSV or TXT file that has a delimiter of either comma, space, pipe, tab, colon, or semi-colon.
  • Excel
    : This includes any XLSB or XLSX file.

Provider

This column will show 1 of the following entries:
  • Integration
    for a file uploaded from other ONESOURCE areas integrated with Data Hub.
  • File
    for a file uploaded directly from the local machine.
  • Alteryx
    for a file uploaded from the Alteryx tool.
  • Sync
    for a file uploaded from another tenant.

Year, Period, User ID, Upload Date / Time

  • Year
    and
    Period
    were entered by the person who uploaded the file during the
    Add Data
    process.
  • User ID
    is the ONESOURCE ID of the person who uploaded the file.
  • Upload Data / Time
    is in the format
    YYYY / MM / DD HH:MM
    .
