Release notes explain new features and improvements made to ONESOURCE Data Hub.

What's new

Administration
Data Machine was added to the product list in Administration.
Data Machine is the APIs that supports the user interface for the products:
  • Data Hub
  • SAP Trial Balance Integration
For an Administrator to grant permissions to these products for groups or users, the Administrator must have
Edit
 rights to the Data Machine in
Administration
User
Product Permissions
.
If the Administrator doesn’t have Edit rights to Data Machine, but makes an attempt to manage permissions for users or groups, the following message will display for each product.
To grant the permissions for this product, you must have Edit access to Data Machine. Please request the above permission from an administrative user that has Edit access to Data Machine to grant you access for you to provide access to other product admins.
My Workspace
Records in a collection that have been chosen to be aggregated can now be rolled up.
  1. On the
    Add Aggregations Logic
     screen, select a
    Group By
     column.
  2. Make a
    Rollup By
     selection.
  3. Select
    Save
    .
After applying aggregation, you can review the results grid in various ways by dragging columns and grouping them accordingly.

Known issues

Open
  • Recordsets with spaces in column names won't filter.
  • The new Aggregation Rollup feature won’t work for collections created before this release. The feature will work after the next release.
Closed
While editing a field name in a blueprint, validation to check uniqueness is now being handled, thus eliminating possible repetitions.
